Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Faszinaturen UG (limited liability)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Faszinaturen online shop (hereinafter “we” or “us”) by customers (hereinafter “Customer” or “you”).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon your placing an order and our confirmation thereof. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your order by email.

3. Products and Prices

The products displayed in the online shop are non-binding. All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately.

4. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

5. Delivery terms

Delivery is available within Germany only. The delivery time is 2–4 working days after receipt of payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email).

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods.

8. Discount Offers

Discount offers are time-limited and cannot be combined with other promotions.

9. Data Protection

We comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Your personal data will only be used in accordance with the law.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
